Millions of people suffer from back problems, and it effects their day to day lives. Dr. Mary Pullig Schatz works to incorporate stress relief, toning, yoga, and positivity to help reduce back problems naturally. Her practices are backed by various medical studies, that have shown such methods to be effective and easy for anyone to do.

Unfortunately, this book is not great for those looking to maintain currently healthy back, as it’s focus is more on healing. But some of the approaches can be used to limit stress, which is a leading cause of lower back pain, and reduce stress that can cause pain in the shoulders and neck.

Because those reading this book may already be suffering back problems, you should consult a doctor before beginning these workouts.
